1. The first step is to develop a strategic planning with active action steps. A strategic plan is like designing your personal roadmap, so that you have clarity on which direction to go.
2. The second step is to focus on the innovation and exploration of new ideas for your business by focusing on your unique talents and skill sets. What brought you to your current level of success may not be the same set of skills that encourages you to advance to the next level of growth and financial stability.
3. The third step is to develop your overall mindset and mental fitness, this maximizes professional performance, resilience, and personal well-being which is critical to increased success.
4. The fourth step is to grow both your business profits and your personal wealth through smart investing. For the entrepreneur, business wealth and personal wealth are forever connected and need to be nurtured to meet your dreams and goals for your life. When coaching our business owners, we encourage our clients to use the concept of “Paying yourself first” by asking them to start by making an investment in their personal wealth. One way to do this is through opening an IRA, an Individual Retirement Account or a Simplified Employee Pension, a SEP. This simple action step is critical to the growth of your wealth and your business and is often overlooked by the business owner. Consider that your personal wealth is tied directly to the success of your current business. To grow your personal wealth, it’s important to understand how to optimize your profits through smart investing.
5. Step five is the ability to develop your leadership and communication skills for clarity of purpose and to motivate and inspire your team. Even solo entrepreneurs can work on this step as they are leading clients in creating a better version of themselves. Part of building better communication strategies is to understand what is important to you about your life and your business while creating the ability to discuss these ideas in the best way possible.
6. Our sixth step is to understand how to engage new and existing clients. This helps to target your ideal clients and retain existing clients so that you can grow your business with ease and flow.
