Hosted by Jennifer Martin, MA, NBC-HWC, E-RYT 500
Join Jennifer Martin of Jennifer Janelle for a restorative workshop created for healers, caregivers, therapists, and sacred service professionals who support others in emotionally demanding work.
Those who care for others often carry unseen burdens—grief, emotional fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout. This session offers a supportive space to pause, replenish, and reconnect with the deeper meaning of your work. Together, you will explore self-compassion and emotional resilience while navigating grief, loss, and cumulative sorrow. Jennifer will guide conversations around vicarious trauma, burnout awareness and healing, and sustainable self-care practices that support those who care for others. Participants will also have the opportunity to reconnect with their sense of purpose and sacred service while reflecting on meaning, mortality, and living more fully.
This workshop supports you in shifting caregiving from depleting to life-giving, helping you restore your own well-being while deepening your capacity to serve with compassion and clarity.
Alternative Balance members receive an exclusive 20% discount offer on Jennifer’s Compassionate Care 1:1 Session or Care Plan- offering continued support, guidance, and care beyond the session.
About Our Host: As a well-being coach, meditation teacher, grief tender, and somatic practitioner, Jennifer Martin is devoted to community care. Her work sits at the intersection of nervous system care, compassionate self-inquiry, and the art of living fully. With a background spanning trauma-informed movement and meditation, grief tending, death care, spiritual care, and soul-aligned life design, she brings a grounded, integrative approach to supporting the people who spend their lives in service to others. Jennifer holds a particular devotion to healers, care providers, and wellness practitioners — those who pour deeply into their work and often need a place to slow down, exhale, and reconnect with themselves. Her offerings create spaciousness in the nervous system and invite practitioners back into presence, sustainability, inner resourcing, and meaning in their own lives and work.
