I hereby grant the Alternative Balance permission to use my photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) and written blog posts in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, social media, art, and advertising, without limitation or reservations, and without payment or other consideration as outlined in Alternative Balance's Privacy Policy. I understand and agree that all photos, videos and written blog posts will become the property of Alternative Balance and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize Alternative Balance to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos, videos and written blog posts for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears and written words. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photos, videos and written blog posts. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Alternative Balance from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE BLOG POST RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE RIGHTS TO DISTRIBUTE THIS PHOTO, VIDEO AND WRITTEN BLOG POST AS MY OWN.
