Nutritionist Examples

What if??

Wondering what kind of claims could be covered by nutritionist insurance? We've got some examples to make it easy.

  • General Liability: Someone trips over a cord and breaks their arm while receiving instruction at your place of business.
  • Professional Liability: You advised they start a certain diet without asking about their allergies or medical history, and they sue you for poor advice and suffering as a result of a bad reaction to the diet.
  • Damage to Premises Rented: While demonstraing a new healthy meal idea for a client in a temporary kitchen space, a fire starts on the stove causing damage to the kitchen you're renting.
Note: These are just examples. Your claims adjuster will have the final say in coverage and payouts.
