What is the CyberShield Protection Package?

The CyberShield protection package provides valuable financial support in the event of a data security issue. This endorsement is intended to reimburse you for costs related to:

  • Complying with state or local notification laws that may require certified mail;
  • Hiring a public relations specialist, crisis management firm, or law firm to minimize reputational harm to your business online; and
  • Hiring consultants, including forensic cyber analysts, to determine whether a security breach occurred and the extent of the breach.

NOTE: Coverage for any claim is determined by the claims adjuster and the full terms and conditions of the policy.
