Rev. Dr. Kim Henderson holds a PhD in Metaphysics, with a specialization in Conscious Business Ethics. With over three decades focused on entrepreneurship, bodywork, and energy work, she recognized the need for better support for holistic professionals, inspiring her to create Alternative Balance.
As an ordained Reverend and dedicated metaphysical scholar, she enjoys exploring the deeper connections between consciousness and entrepreneurship. She also finds balance through spending time in nature, traveling the open road, and sharing meaningful experiences with family and friends.
Katie

Katie is a second generation business owner and ensures that what you see and do with Alternative Balance goes above and beyond the highest standards. As a stable leader and educated licensed insurance agent, Katie manages the daily business operations and works closely with each team member to better serve you and the industry as a whole.
Katie finds her balance in being active outdoors in nature and enjoys activities like gardening, learning about herbal healing, hiking, motorsports, long walks, metal detecting, kayaking and yoga. She’s happiest when these activities can be paired with her dogs, family and friends.

Lead Developer
Lee was destined to become a software engineer. First learning to program in the 1990’s, today he specializes in building Alternative Balance web applications designed to delight you! Lee pulls on his experience developing web sites, analyzing large sets of data, consulting on e-commerce, and being a life-long learner, always expanding his personal tree of knowledge to provide you with the best website experience.
He loves to obsess over new hobbies such as collecting fountain pens or learning about city design. He regularly camps in a hammock, paddles his kayak, and climbs trees for fun. And in all of these activities, he always has a book close at hand.

Office Manager & Customer Service Manager
Happy employees and happy customers - Meghan ensures that both are top priority! She always makes sure that everyone is getting the support they need while enjoying the process.
After being an Esthetician in Alaska for 10 years, she moved back to New Hampshire to be closer to family. She enjoys spending time with her two girls and large family, taking trips to the ocean or mountains and finding the next best place to get great food!

Dawn specializes in document customization and account resolutions. As our resolution leader Dawn’s uplifting personal service makes the most complicated requests seamless and efficient.
Dawn is an active grandmother of 7 beautiful grandchildren. She also loves camping, gardening and baking. She is the proud owner of Cake 'n Bake by Dawn.

Monica's knowledge of the hundreds of trades we serve along with her confident, calm approach gives you the peace of mind that she will understand your needs. She always makes sure you have access to the best protection and business tools out there.
Monica is a proud mother of 3 wonderful children. She enjoys the ocean, camping, decorating and DIY projects. In her downtime she most likely will be watching a true crime documentary.

Kristine is a wife and a dog mom who loves animals, crafting, yoga, hiking and kayaking. She enjoys spending time with her family, and her favorite thing to do is make people laugh.

After 16 years as the Marketing Director for a local YMCA, Gina is excited to dive into the world of digital marketing at Alternative Balance. She is thrilled to bring her talents, skills and experience to such a supportive group of like-minded professionals.
Gina enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing and skiing with her family and friends. When she’s not participating, you’ll find her on the sidelines cheering for her kids at their sporting events with a very loud cowbell.

Originally from Rhode Island, I’ve always been a beach girl at heart — which explains my love for sunshine and a good tan. I moved to New Hampshire in 2017, and about a year ago, my husband and I, along with our rescue dog Harley, settled into Henniker, where we’ve embraced the charm of small-town living. These days, I enjoy spending time outdoors — whether it’s relaxing on the porch with a cup of coffee, tending our garden, camping by the river up north, or exploring new towns.
Creativity is a big part of my life, and crocheting is my favorite way to unwind. I love trying new patterns and picking up new tricks — even if I’m winging it sometimes! I rarely keep my finished projects since gifting them to family is the best part. When I’m not crafting, I enjoy traveling, tasting local foods, and getting lost in puzzle games, especially escape rooms. I’m always eager to learn something new and bring positive, team-first energy to everything I do.
