We are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team and elevate our design to the next level. The person who steps into this role will work closely with the technology manager to bring our design up to the same high standards as our technology. This will entail evolving our design systems, building out a design library, and participating in our development process to ensure our easy-to-use application stays that way as the complexity of our offerings grow. We’re seeking a Customer Service Agent who is genuinely excited to help people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.
