The most your policy will pay for multiple losses during a 12 -month policy period.
General Liability Insurance is designed to protect your business from lawsuits filed by people not employed by your business (clients, vendors, etc.) for claims of bodily injury and property damage due to negligence. An example of this would be a slip and fall on your premises.
Professional Liability insurance provides coverage for wrongful acts (including breach of duty, neglect, error, omission, misstatement or a misleading statement) that occur as a result of your professional instruction. This includes economic or financial losses suffered by third parties as a result of the wrongful act. An example of this would be if you programmed a workout and were accused of poor advice/instruction which led to an injury.
The maximum the insurance carrier will pay for any single bodily injury or property damage claim.
The maximum the insurance carrier will pay for a bodily injury or property damage claim that you become legally obligated to pay due to your business and professional services.
The maximum amount your policy will pay in a 12-month period for bodily injury and property damage claims that result from the products you use to perform your services. However, it does not cover products that are sold or distributed.
This is coverage for property damage to a premise the insured rents or has permission to use under the scope of their normal operations. Includes fire damage coverage only for premises rented for fewer than 7 days and coverage for damage from all other perils resulting from the insured's work for premises rented for more than 7 days.
Coverage that reimburses others, regardless of negligence, for medical or funeral expenses incurred by the injured party for bodily injury or death sustained by accidents under the conditions specified in the policy. This does not apply to the named insured or their employees.

Defense Costs coverage is included in your General & Professional liability insurance coverage limits. Defense Costs refers to all the costs of defending against a lawsuit. These expenses include the cost of hiring a lawyer, court fees, investigations, gathering facts, filing legal paperwork, and other related costs.
This is often the most important aspect of protecting you if you are being held liable for bodily injury or property damage resulting from your services.
*Recommended for all touch therapies. Sexual abuse protection may cover abuse that includes physical abuse, such as sexual or other bodily harm and non-physical abuse, such as verbal, emotional or mental abuse as well as any actual, threatened or alleged act.
Gym Owner coverage includes General & Professional Liability coverage only. There is no personal property, commercial property, or equipment coverage. Please contact us for a referral if you need those coverages.
If you have employees, please select the Employer level coverage and add on your employees.
*Recommended for all online service providers. Cyber liability protection may cover a business for a data breach in which the business customers' personal information, such as social security or credit card numbers, address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information, is exposed or stolen by a hacker or other criminal who has gained access to the business electronic network.
Covers you for providing body piercing services only. Does not include coverage for branding, cutting, skin peeling, implantation, suspension piercing, dermal punching, voluntary amputation, tongue or penis splitting, or neck rings.
Covers you for tattoo services only. Excludes application of chemical or artificial treatments to the skin or hair, other than those usual for tattoo services; tattooing of the eyeball; and tattooing on animals.

This accident plan covers medical and death bills if one of your clients gets injured while using your services or equipment. Medical bills are settled outside of court and are NOT dependent on your liability for their injury. Learn More
This coverage pays the injured party or their beneficiaries sum in the event of death, loss of limb or paralysis as a direct result of an accident at your facility or while participating in a covered activity.
The aggregate limit is the amount the policy will pay in a 12 - month policy period.
The per accident limit is the amount the policy will pay per accident.
What the policy will pay for medical services expenses if a participant is injured. This covers costs like emergency room charges, doctor visits, hospital bills and other similar expenses.
The amount you pay before this plan begins to pay-out for a covered claim
*The deductible only applies to the Accident coverage, not the Liability coverage.
The most the policy will pay for dental services required as the result of a participant's injuries from an accident.
Expenses incurred for dental services are also subject to the Maximum Accidental Medical Expense Benefits.
This is the period of time between the date of the accident causing injury to the participant and the date when no further eligible expenses may be incurred by the injured participant.
