Refund Policy

Alternative Balance memberships and all of our policies are 100% fully earned. This means that once a customer’s coverage begins, Membership and policies are non-refundable. The one exception to this rule is when one of Alternative Balance LLC compliance officers decides the customer’s business is not compliant with an Insurance policy.

The materials on our web site are provided “AS IS” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus, and warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. We do not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the web site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the web site or the server that makes the web site available is free of viruses or other harmful components. Membership Conditions

By agreeing to pay the quoted premium and directing Alternative Balance LLC to bind coverage on your behalf, you also consent and agree to receive your insurance policy/coverage documents in an electronic format.

This professional liability insurance program has been organized as a purchasing group (Wellness Insurance Network Risk Purchasing Group LLC), pursuant to legislation enacted by the U.S. Congress as the Federal Liability Risk Retention Act of 1986. You automatically become a member of the purchasing group once your completed application has been approved and your premium has been received.

Alternative Balance reserves the right to refuse an application for or renewal of membership for any reason.
