Wondering what kind of claims could be covered by wellness coach insurance? We've got some examples to make it easy.

  • General Liability: Client trips over rug while going to sit on your couch, falls and injures their arm.
  • Professional Liability: A client sues because they believe you gave them faulty advice that led to them becoming injured physically or mentally.
  • Damage to Premises Rented: A client gets dizzy standing up, falls and their elbow goes through the drywall while also knocking something over damaging the floor in your rented studio.
Note: These are just examples. Your claims adjuster will have the final say in coverage and payouts.

Defense Costs coverage is included in your general & professional liability insurance coverage limits. Defense Costs refers to all the costs of defending against a lawsuit. This is often the most important aspect of protecting you if you are being held liable for bodily injury or property damage resulting from your services.
