Executive Coach Examples

What if??

Wondering what kind of claims could be covered by wellness coach insurance? We've got some examples to make it easy.

  • Professional Liability: A client sues because they believe you gave them faulty advice and they want to recoup losses.
  • Damage to Premises Rented: While hosting a class at a corporate office, you damage the walls and floor with your media equipment, causing the business to hold you responsible for the damage to their building. This coverage would apply, since you were using the space with permission for less than 7 days.
Note: These are just examples. Your claims adjuster will have the final say in coverage and payouts.

Defense Costs

Defense Costs coverage is included in your general & professional liability insurance coverage limits. Defense Costs refers to all the costs of defending against a lawsuit. These expenses include the cost of hiring a lawyer, court fees, investigations, gathering facts, filing legal paperwork, and other related costs.
This is often the most important aspect of protecting you if you are being held liable for bodily injury or property damage resulting from your services.
