Yoga Studio Examples

What if??

Wondering what kind of claims could be covered by yoga studio insurance? We've got some examples to make it easy.

  • General Liability: A client trips over a yoga mat, causing them to fall and break their wrist.
  • Professional Liability: You advised that they stretch a certain way, they get hurt and sue you because they have limited mobility.
  • Damage to Premises Rented: During a chair yoga class, you and your students drag chairs out of the corner to use, but then later you realize that this caused scratches all over the floor, and your landlord wants you to fix the damage.
Note: These are just examples. Your claims adjuster will have the final say in coverage and payouts.

Defense Costs

Defense Costs coverage is included in your general & professional liability insurance coverage limits. Defense Costs refers to all the costs of defending against a lawsuit. This is often the most important aspect of protecting you if you are being held liable for bodily injury or property damage resulting from your services.
