Pilates Examples

What if??

Wondering what kind of claims could be covered by Pilates insurance? We've got some examples to make it easy.

  • General Liability: Client trips over mat and falls and breaks ankle.
  • Professional Liability: You advised that a participant stretch a certain way, but they lose control over the stretching machine and sue you because they now have limited mobility.
  • Damage to Premises Rented: During a retreat, one of your students in class falls out of a pose and their elbow goes through the drywall while also knocking something over damaging the floor in your temporarily rented studio.
Note: These are just examples. Your claims adjuster will have the final say in coverage and payouts.
