AERIAL YOGA INSURANCE DESIGNED FOR AERIAL YOGA INSTRUCTORS

Aerial Yoga insurance from Alternative Balance matches your needs as an Aerial Yoga instructor. Also referred to as AntiGravity Yoga, this activity is more than just a yoga workout - it's a complete body exercise that combines multiple modalities into one. Bringing yoga, Pilates and calisthenics into the aerial environment brings health benefits that are hard to find elsewhere with one workout. While this kind of activity has an increased risk of injury than regular yoga, Alternative Balance has you covered with its liability insurance for aerial yoga instructors and studio owners.
